A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations at the business-unit level and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
• Lead the transition to a decentralized finance model, designing frameworks for budgeting and reporting
• Deliver accurate financial statements and metrics, translating data into actionable insights for executives

Required Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience with a background in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in a fast-growing environment with a focus on strengthening controls and reporting
• Preferred CPA designation; MBA is a strong asset
• In-depth technical knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
