Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller responsible for overseeing financial reporting and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting organization, ensuring accountability and performance standards
• Own the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations, month-end close processes, and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8-12 years of progressive accounting experience, including people management
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience preparing financial statements in regulated environments
• Deep experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
