Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting close process and deliver accurate financial reporting
• Lead financial audits and ensure SOX-compliant processes and controls
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred
• 15+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role
• Experience in public accounting and at a public company is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in blockchain technology, is preferred
