Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations during a growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financials
• Oversee billing, revenue, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
• Manage relationships with outsourced accounting firms and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including roles such as Controller or Senior Accounting Manager
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, tech, or VC-backed company
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting functions including payroll and revenue support
• Experience managing cap tables and equity administration, preferably with Carta
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and banking relationships
