A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead client compliance efforts, coordinating with external experts on tax and regulatory obligations
• Manage and mentor accounting teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Experience in a multi-client environment with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
