Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead and oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Establish and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory or people-management role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and proven ability to interpret accounting guidance
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
