A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and maintain accounting policies
• Oversee general ledger management and implement internal controls for financial reporting
• Coordinate external audit activities and manage cash, capital expenditures, and balance sheet management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred
• Significant experience in accounting leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with financial systems and process automation
