Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the company's accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls
• Lead the company's first financial audit, driving preparation and coordination with external auditors
• Contribute to company-wide financial strategy, ensuring alignment of accounting processes with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in owning or supporting the accounting function in a high-growth or early-stage environment
• Direct experience leading or managing a company's first financial audit
• Deep expertise in GL management, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes
• Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• CPA is a nice to have, but not a requirement
