Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process in NetSuite and ensure financial statement accuracy
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely handling of transactions
• Support annual corporate tax filings and audits while managing outsourced accounting operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years accounting experience, with software industry experience required
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and/or CPA is a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; exposure to multi-national corporations is a plus
• Proficiency in NetSuite is required
• Effective time management skills
