Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to develop and execute accounting policies and procedures while scaling accounting systems and tools for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions including payroll, tax filing, invoicing, and budgeting
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated financial statements
• Establish and monitor accounting policies and internal control systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
• Experience in accounting/finance at a growth-stage or late-stage startup, preferably in eCommerce or marketplaces
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and working knowledge of tax
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP principles and advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
