Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for accurate forecasting and reporting
• Drive the monthly close process and ensure compliance with GAAP in financial reporting
• Consult with internal partners on complex transactions and lead audit support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Proven experience in a Controller role or equivalent leadership position
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills, well-grounded in GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
