Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting function and ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the financial close process, preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reporting packages
• Manage revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance with ASC 606 across all revenue streams
• Oversee audit preparation and maintain the internal control environment while managing accounts payable and receivable functions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
• Direct experience in a PE-backed SaaS/software company is strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing external audits and experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Advanced proficiency in Sage Intacct and expert-level Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
