Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead and scale its global accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Partner with the CFO to shape financial strategy and provide insights on financial performance
• Oversee technical accounting framework and manage audit strategies and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including public accounting and corporate leadership roles
• Experience leading global accounting functions in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, particularly in revenue recognition standards
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership
• Strong leadership capability with experience in building and developing teams in a scaling organization
