Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting in a rapidly growing healthcare services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while managing the monthly close process
• Partner closely with leadership to provide financial insights and operational support

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including Controller or accounting leadership experience
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience and ability to manipulate data from multiple systems
• Proven track record of creating, improving, and streamlining accounting processes
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting budgets
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
