Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial operations and oversee an accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with DCAA guidance and indirect rate monitoring
• Partner with executive leadership for financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 10 years accounting experience with leadership in government contractor accounting
• Strong experience using Deltek Costpoint
• Knowledge of GAAP, job cost accounting, and DCAA compliance
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and supporting financial audits
