Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale global accounting, tax, and payroll operations
• Lead a team and manage external partners to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Implement automation and process improvements to enhance financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling accounting functions in multi-entity environments
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and knowledge of IFRS and local statutory requirements
• Proven track record in group consolidation and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, in complex setups
• Background in managing tax compliance and global payroll operations
