Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting operations and financial reporting during a critical growth stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end monthly close process, including general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage accounts payable, billing, collections, and oversee external audits and tax compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth technology companies
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and complex balance sheet accounting
• Experience with monthly close, financial reporting, and external audits
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on accounting leader in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
