Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close process for accurate and timely reporting
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, enhancing performance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of accrual-based accounting
• Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel functions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor accounting teams effectively
