Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee the accounting function and ensure GAAP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue recognition and inventory accounting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audit processes
• Lead the monthly and quarterly close processes, maintaining accurate financial statements and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years as a Controller at a publicly traded company
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and inventory/cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with SOX 404 controls
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel
