Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and general ledger accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing accounting team through coaching and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles
• Proven experience leading financial reporting and close processes
• Experience partnering with external auditors and managing audits
• Background supporting or leading M&A integration and accounting
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing teams
