Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles to ensure timely payments and invoicing
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and coordinate audits while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong accounting background with knowledge of GAAP and tax laws
• Experience in GL management and familiarity with advanced accounting software
• M&A and acquisition accounting experience is preferred
