Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to join their Finance & Accounting leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Accounting Department and ensure performance accountability
• Establish internal controls and oversee financial operations including treasury, tax, and audit functions
• Collaborate on financial reporting and provide advisory support for M&A activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 4-6 years of experience
• Experience leading an accounting function within a SaaS or professional services organization
• Previous experience in a Private Equity-backed environment
• Strong preference for candidates with NetSuite experience
• Proven experience in accounting workflows for mergers and acquisitions
