Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the accounting function, including month-end close and reporting
• Lead ERP selection and implementation, ensuring a strong financial infrastructure
• Own technical accounting and audit readiness, preparing for external audits

Required Qualifications

• Strong GAAP foundation with experience in audit environments
• Experience in ERP selection and implementation
• Background in healthcare or payer-heavy environments
• Proven ability to scale accounting processes and workflows
• Experience in hiring and mentoring accounting talent
