Job Summary

To oversee financial operations and ensure compliance, the full-time salaried Controller will manage accounting processes, financial reporting, and budgeting in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while providing insights for operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience in a Controller or similar financial management role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools
