Job Summary

To support multiple high-growth startups and early-stage businesses, the full-time Controller will lead full cycle accounting processes, produce financial statements, and manage compliance with US tax regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle accounting close, producing timely financial statements and acting as a liaison for external auditors
• Build financial models, budgets, and cash forecasts, demonstrating proficiency in three-statement financial modeling
• Implement and utilize various accounting software solutions, including ERPs and expense management platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred, with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of applicable experience in tech, consumer products, and US-based startups
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting theory, principles, and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience managing US tax processes and compliance
