Job Summary

To support rapid growth in a fully remote environment, the Controller will establish a scalable accounting framework, direct daily operations, and own the monthly close process while collaborating on M&A activities and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a sophisticated accounting framework to support company growth and platform expansion
• Direct daily accounting operations, including AP/AR and payroll, while managing external service providers
• Own the end-to-end monthly close process, optimizing workflows for timeliness and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
• Significant experience in a controllership role, preferably in e-commerce or distribution
• Proven track record in managing M&A transactions and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP compliance and internal controls
