Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the remote Controller will manage fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions while collaborating closely with various stakeholders including fund administrators and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly NAV packages and oversee monthly and quarterly expense accruals
• Manage investor capital activity and serve as a key contact for investor inquiries and reporting
• Assist with regulatory filings and support compliance and tax-related reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, fund accounting, or financial reporting
• Strong understanding of financial statements and investment accounting
• Experience in preparing and validating complex performance calculations and investor reporting
• Advanced financial modeling and spreadsheet skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
