Job Summary

To support rapid growth, the full-time salaried Controller will build a modern accounting function, lead ERP selection and implementation, and ensure audit readiness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the accounting function, including month-end close and reporting
• Lead ERP selection and implementation, ensuring a strong financial infrastructure
• Manage technical accounting and audit readiness, preparing for external audits

Required qualifications

• Strong foundation in GAAP and experience in audit management
• Significant involvement in ERP selection and implementation
• Experience building or scaling accounting processes in a healthcare environment
• Ability to connect accounting operations to broader business outcomes
• Experience hiring and mentoring accounting talent
