Job Summary

Leading financial operations in a hybrid remote environment, the Controller will manage accounting, financial reporting, and human resources tasks while ensuring compliance and providing strategic insights to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, and tax compliance
• Partner with the CEO and department heads to provide actionable financial insights and develop KPIs and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage annual financial audits while developing internal controls and accounting policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting with the ability to build budgets
• Team-oriented mentality and a willingness to take on tasks and responsibilities as needed
