Job Summary

Leading the Corporate Accounting function, the full-time remote Controller will manage financial reporting, oversee the monthly close process, ensure compliance with GAAP, and drive operational excellence within the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate financial transactions and reconciliations
• Lead and develop the Corporate Accounting Team while establishing departmental goals and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and coordinate annual external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
