Job Summary

To support a growing finance department, the full-time Controller will lead accounting operations, redesign processes for IPO readiness, and manage a team remotely while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of US accounting operations and consolidation, delivering accurate financial statements
• Redesign accounting operations to establish best practices and infrastructure for IPO readiness
• Design and maintain a robust system of internal controls to ensure reporting integrity and compliance

Required qualifications

• Financial services background with experience in fintech or consumer credit environments
• 10+ years in accounting/finance with leadership experience
• Proficient in NetSuite, capable of optimizing the platform independently
• Experience in rebuilding or establishing accounting operations for IPO readiness
• Familiarity with SQL and a keen interest in automation in accounting processes
