Controller Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance the Controller function for clients and support internal controls management
• Oversee client accounting activities and ensure successful execution, including budgeting and financial reviews
• Manage client relationships and facilitate onboarding, ensuring a high client retention rate

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting with a focus on government contracts
• Solid command of FASB and GAAP principles, with advanced knowledge of CAS, FAR, and DFARs regulations
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Unanet, Quickbooks, or Deltek Costpoint
• Must be a US Citizen
