Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead the accounting function at a high-growth SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a clean, accurate month-end close in 5 business days or fewer
• Prepare and manage internal financial statements and reporting packages
• Oversee accounting operations across multiple legal entities and manage compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses
• Experience owning accounting at a startup through a fundraise, audit, or exit process
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting in a multi-entity structure
• CPA license preferred
• Proficiency with macOS and remote working tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
