Controller Finance Leader

Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial, grants, programs, and overhead accounting
• Manage general ledger, systems, and financial reporting
• Coordinate audits, internal controls, and financial analysis

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of non-profit accounting and finance experience
• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Sage Intacct or other ERP platform
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and CFR regulations
• Experience managing non-profit accounting, including grant life cycle and compliance
