Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for client inquiries and accounting issues
• Execute core accounting functions including month-end reconciliations and financial statement preparation
• Support Accounting Managers in mentoring Staff Accountants and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in client-service environments
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and related applications
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a remote environment
