Controller - Hospitality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to join their corporate team supporting a portfolio of hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close and full financial reporting (P&L, BS, CF)
• Analyze performance across multiple properties and provide actionable insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of accounting experience with Controller or Sr. Accounting Manager-level ownership
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments
• Strong grasp of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to think beyond the numbers and communicate insights clearly
• Comfortable operating in a lean, hands-on environment
