Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller-Remote within the Omaha, NE region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial, accounting, and business operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial metrics aligned with strategic goals
• Manage state and federal compliance filings and create standard operating procedures for financial operations

Required Qualifications

• B.A/B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with nonprofit organization financials and accounting practices
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software systems
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM donor databases
• Strong ethics regarding financial security and controls
