Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller in Findlay, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day finance operations including accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and grant/contract administration
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, assist in budget preparation, and ensure flawless audits
• Serve as a liaison to external auditors, educate supervisors on finance procedures, and explore how finance functions can support program operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and Not-For-Profit Accounting
• Bachelor's degree and CPA preferred
