Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and overseeing accounting processes for full cycle accounting
Financial statement analysis
Preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
Over 5 years of progressive experience, preferably in a startup environment
CPA or CMA certification is a bonus
Experience with SaaS revenue recognition and deferred revenue
Advanced knowledge of ASC 606 - Revenue Recognition and ASC 842 - Lease Accounting
