Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all accounting operational functions and financial data consolidation
• Managing month-end close process, financial reporting, and compliance activities
• Supervising team members, setting departmental goals, and ensuring adherence to company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• CPA designation required
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in a senior role, with 5 years of management experience
• Experience with NetSuite ERP System
• 2 years of experience in human resources/payroll
