A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor an accounting team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements while ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit work experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing complex client engagements
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
