Controller with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring excellent client experiences and successful project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting knowledge across multiple industries
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively
