Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its global accounting foundation and ensure financial reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee US GAAP-compliant accounting, revenue recognition, and multi-entity consolidation
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting accuracy, and internal controls
• Lead and coach a geographically distributed accounting team while ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical accounting background, including US GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience in rapidly scaling startups and leading financial audits
• Hands-on experience across various financial operations, including AP, AR, and tax compliance
