Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor an accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Oversee client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of financial statements and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing a team
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
