Controls Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controls Analyst to support the lending lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure collection strategies and loan processing procedures meet regulatory and company requirements
• Serve as a liaison between operational teams, Compliance, and leadership on lending matters and audit activities
• Conduct audits to validate control effectiveness and manage internal and external audit deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring complex problem solving, preferably in lending or collections
• 2+ years of prior experience in audit, controls, or quality control (QC)
• Deep understanding of lending products, loan processing, and collections practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Five9 and internal systems is preferred
