Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Services Controls & Testing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control reviews of commercial and consumer deposit account openings to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Review servicing transactions and related processes for specialty and commercial deposit accounts
• Maintain detailed records of audit findings, compliance reviews, and any incidents related to fraud or policy violations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of two years of banking experience required, preferably in commercial deposit or specialty banking
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Knowledge of deposit account opening and servicing processes, as well as consumer and commercial deposit products
• Ability to work independently and perform detailed reviews with high accuracy
