Job Summary

A company is looking for a mid-senior Controls Engineer to design, program, and support PLC-based automation systems in warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for warehouse automation and material handling systems
Support controls architecture for conveyors, sortation, AS/RS, robotics interfaces, and WMS/WCS integrations
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting in development and production environments

Required Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation
Strong hands-on PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred; Siemens a plus)
Experience with warehouse automation or material handling systems
Solid understanding of industrial networking, sensors, VFDs, servos, and motion control
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems in live production environments
