Controls Engineer II

Job Summary

To support the delivery of energy-efficient solutions, the full-time salaried Controls Engineer II will manage building automation system services, including performance monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades, while communicating with clients and overseeing project schedules remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, program, monitor, and optimize building automation systems and graphical user interfaces
• Manage contract budgets, report on service activities, and ensure timely delivery of services
• Participate in project development, cost estimation, and address customer issues related to building automation systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, or Software
• 3+ years of experience in building automation system design, implementation, and project management
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with building automation system project development or estimating
• Niagara Certification is required
• Experience with Distech or Reliable Controls is preferred
