Controls Reporting and Analytics Lead

Job Summary

To support the execution and maturity of the company's Control Framework, the full-time AVP - Controls Reporting and Analytics Lead will develop and automate controls reporting and analytics, oversee regulatory and audit activities, and enhance governance transparency in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and automation of controls reporting, dashboards, and governance metrics for management and executive leadership
• Support regulatory examinations and audits by coordinating and delivering reporting, analytics, and governance documentation
• Collaborate across teams to build scalable governance and reporting capabilities while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, or related fields
• Strong experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Workiva
• Demonstrated experience in supporting regulatory examinations and audit engagements
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analytics/reporting tools preferred
• Experience administering GRC platforms, preferably Workiva, and leveraging advanced analytics capabilities
