Controls Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controls Service Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for building systems in the Eastern TN and Northern NC areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building systems according to service agreements
• Respond to customer service calls, troubleshoot issues, and conduct system checkouts
• Manage time effectively to complete assignments and provide training to customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with DDC control systems for commercial buildings
• Hands-on experience with BAS controls and knowledge of DDC Control Theory
• Niagara N4 Technical Program Certification
• Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
